FOR THE ATTENTION OF THE UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL

Dear General Secretary Mr Banki Moon,

Alevis and all Alevi organisations residing in different countries around the world are witnessing the massacre and murder of Alevi people residing at the the village of Maan, near city of Hama in Syria in the hands of Islamic fundamentalists and Sharia supporting terrorists. Similar massacres were also carried out by these terrorists supporting jihad at Latakia Alevi villages previously. It is not a secret anymore that these jihat supporters are given all back up by Turkey.

The United Nations Security Council’s main purpose of existence is to maintain peace all around the world, Turkey is also a member ot the United Nations and is responsible to maintain peace domestically and all over the world. However with the recent events we can see that the AKP government ruling Turkey and the leader of the government Mr Recep Tayyip Erdogan has failed in their responsibilities, also allowed the the Al-Qaeda terrorist organisation to become stronger and take power at the Turkish borders.

As you are aware;

The United Nations Security Councils’s Resoultion 1373 states;

“Freeze without delay funds and other financial assets or economic
resources of persons who commit, or attempt to commit, terrorist acts or participate in or facilitate the commission of terrorist acts; of entities owned or controlled directly or indirectly by such persons; and of persons and entities acting on behalf of, or at the direction of such persons and entities, including funds derived or generated from property owned or controlled directly or indirectly by such persons and associated persons and entities”

all member nations have agreeed to the above.

And also;

With Resolution 1373 it has also been stated that all nations must “Refrain from providing any form of support, active or passive, to entities or persons involved in terrorist acts, including by suppressing recruitment of members of terrorist groups and eliminating the supply of weapons to terrorists; “

Again;

The Resolution 1267 of the Security Council of the United Nations states;
“The Security Council Committee established pursuant to paragraph 6 of resolution 1267 (1999) (hereafter referred to as the Committee) oversees the implementation by States of the three sanctions measures (assets freeze, travel ban and arms embargo) imposed by the Security Council on individuals and entities associated with the Al-Qaida organization. The Committee maintains a List of individuals and entities subject to the sanctions measures. By resolutions 1267 (1999), 1333 (2000), 1390 (2002), as reiterated in resolutions 1455 (2003), 1526 (2004), 1617 (2005), 1735 (2006), 1822 (2008), 1904 (2009), 1989 (2011) and 2083 (2012) the Security Council has obliged all States to:

freeze without delay the funds and other financial assets or economic resources, including funds derived from property owned or controlled directly or indirectly
prevent the entry into or the transit through their territories
prevent the direct or indirect supply, sale, or transfer of arms and related material, including military and paramilitary equipment, technical advice, assistance or training related to military activities, with regard to the individuals, groups, undertakings and entities placed on the Al-Qaida Sanctions List. “

The existing government of Turkey and the government leader Mr Recep Tayyip Erdogan has failed to act in coordinance with the UN’s resolutions of 1373 and 1267, unfortunately all peacefull policies have been ignored and UN’s resolutions have clearly been breached.
The govenment lead by the Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and all intelligence organisations linked to this government have decided to ignore the UN resolutions;
1 ) Have supported terrorist organisations such as; Al-Qaeda, Al-Nusra and Syria Freedom Army in Syria,
2 ) Have supplied the Al-Qaeda, Al-Nusra and Syria Freedom Army in Syria with military equipment, weapons and explosive ammunition,
3) Thus, these support to the terrorists and constitute of the offence have been proven by the judical investigations of the Adana Public Procecutor, Hatay Public Procecutor, Kilis Public Procecutor and Van Public Procecutor,
4 ) Recep Tayyip ERDOĞAN and his government has obstructed the investigations of the prosecutors unlawfully and arbitrarily, all prosecutors and security organs performing operations against the Al-Qaeda being discharged or investigations prevented,
5 ) Recep Tayyip ERDOĞAN and his government; providing logistic support to terrorist organisations Al-Qaeda, Al-Nusra and Syria Freedom Army, supplied them with refugee camps and hospitals, all of these terrorists have been allowed to recruit in Turkey, lately tens of Turkish citizens are being killed while fighting on the same side as those terrorist organisations,
6 ) Newspapers supporting the government ( Yeni Şafak yazarı Abdülkadir Selvi’nin makalesi ve Yurt Gazetesi Haberi ) , has admitted the government providing almost 200 Dollar worth of weapon and ammunition support and again the govenment’s representer, Parliament Constitution Commission Chair MP Burhan Kuzu’s statement of “.. lets say the weapons are being sent in lorries...” is supporting this point.
7 ) The current govenment and its leader Recep Tayyip ERDOGAN has also been reported by the press to have connections with Yasin El-Kadi who is known to have financed Al-Qaeda and is wanted by authorities,
8 ) As a result of the Recep Tayyip ERDOĞAN and his government’s support of Al-Qaeda and Al-Qaeda connected terrorist organisations such as Iraq Damascus Islamic Government (ISID)”, have taken over many cities, towns and villages in Syria and Iraq at the Turkish borders,
9 ) There not being no border security at the Turkish, Syrian border, Al-Qaeda and Al-Qaeda connected terrorist organisations crossing over the border on daily basis, there being bomb attacks at these borders on daily basis, there are strong indications of Al-Qaeda terrorism to spread into Turkey and to the European borders in the near future and the possibility of this taking place is getting stronger by each passing day,
With all situations considered, the government and its leader Recep Tayyip ERDOGAN destroying the democracy and peace in Turkish Republic Government, and breaching the UN Resolutions of 1373 and 1267 and providing support to the terrorist organisations is an offence that has to be investigated internationally.
For this reason, action must be taken against, the current government and its leader Recep Tayyip ERDOGAN on the basis of providing weapon and ammonition to Al-Qaeda and Al-Qaeda connected terrorist organisations in Syria. Therefore we kindly request the United Nations Security Council attain procecutors to begin the relevant investigations immediately. 14.02.2014
